Agenda final spurt

Posted in

The conference guide will be sent to print on Friday. There have been a lot of "last minute" changes to the agenda and I expect two more to come tomorrow. I'm happy that there is a deadline for printing. Otherwise people won't stop sending in more changes.

We just added the topics to the discussion roundtables. An open format where we'd like everyone to engage. Every roundtable has its own page here where results can be published and discussed among all people on this server. Just click the "Discussion Roundtable" sessions on the agenda and decide which topics are most important for you.

During the next days I will focus on the preparation of my own presentations. Especially "Communities beyond Open Source" where I found a lot of exciting material that I need to integrate. I'm looking forward to tell you about these things on Tuesday afternoon.

To prepare the Internet services is another task on my priority list. We will provide free Internet access to every participant but we also need to ensure that demos and exams will have enough bandwidth left to run smoothly. A shared 10MBit connection will be available, beside the existing hotel connections.
